Refund policy
On regular (non-vintage) items, we offer a 48 hour trial during which you are allowed a refund. Returns must receive prior authorization in order to be accepted. Contact us to set up a return. We do not charge extra restocking fees or anything for our trouble but we do want to get back to where we started- and that includes costs we usually cover like shipping (even if free shipping was offered) and credit card fees (Shopify does not return them to us in the event of a refund, please hound them...) Therefore your refund will be issued less shipping costs incured and credit card fees. These can range from 2.9%-6%+ depending on your credit card and the method of checkout. PayPal, Shop Pay Installments and currency conversions are the most expensive.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll instruct how to send and package your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders, vintage items or items purchased in store.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
When you complete your order:

You automatically waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period as outlined in EU consumer protection laws.

This waiver is applicable to all products purchased through our website.
Despite the waiver of the cooling-off period, we maintain a return policy that allows you to return eligible items under the condition above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method as soon as possible. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We have no control over that part, unfortunately.
