Shipping policy

We offer free shipping to the continental US for electric guitars and accessory orders over $75.  In the event of free shipping we choose the carrier (usually UPS). If you have a specific carrier in mind or are out the country a shipping charge will apply.  International customers, please research your country's import laws and tariffs before ordering as some items carry restrictions and cannot be shipped (ex. certain electronics or Brazilian rosewood found in some instruments).

We ship only to the address you provide (often signature required) and this cannot be changed after you place your order. In some cases you may be able to re-direct is via courier (ex. UPS MyChoice) but please make sure the address you provide is where you will be to receive your item!

Finally, we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address for high value or vintage items, we will contact you first in this scenario.

Check your order status- Once your order is packed and shipped we will send out a notification with the tracking information.

How fast is shipping and fulfillment?- Items are usually shipped within 1-2 businesses days. Once shipped, the length of time will depend on the service provider and the location to which we're shipping it to.

International Orders - Please expect considerably longer transit times for international orders which can be subject to customs and customs holding. We have no control over the shipment once it leaves our shop and ownership and responsibility transfers to the owner once it leaves our shop with the carrier. We value each item at the purchase price. Please check your local laws and regulations prior to orders to ensure you can import the woods and material used in our instruments, amps, and effects.
